Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Briskl's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Service Description

Briskl provides custom landing page development services ("The Launchpad Package") which includes:

• Strategy & consultation
• Custom design & branding (if needed)
• Conversion-focused copywriting
• Professional responsive development
• 72-hour guaranteed delivery
• Complete ownership & source code transfer

3. Payment Terms

Payment is required in full before work begins. Our standard pricing is $599 USD, with a limited-time founding client offer of $299 USD for qualifying clients.

All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except in cases where we fail to deliver within the agreed timeframe or fail to meet the specified deliverables.

4. Delivery Timeline

We guarantee delivery within 72 hours of receiving your completed project brief and payment. The timeline begins when both requirements are met.

If we fail to deliver within 72 hours due to our error, you will receive a full refund or the option to continue with an extended timeline at no additional cost.

5. Revisions Policy

Our service includes one round of minor revisions after initial delivery. Minor revisions include:

• Text changes and copy adjustments
• Image replacements
• Color tweaks within the established palette
• Minor layout adjustments

Major structural changes, complete redesigns, or additional pages require a new project scope and separate payment.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment and project completion, you receive complete ownership of:

• All source code
• Custom design elements created for your project
• Written copy and content
• Any custom branding elements developed

Briskl retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, clients must provide:

• Complete and accurate project brief
• All necessary content, images, and brand assets
• Timely responses to clarification requests
• Access to any required third-party services or accounts

Delays in providing required materials may extend the delivery timeline accordingly.

8. Limitation of Liability

Briskl's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or delivered products.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. If termination occurs after work has begun, payment for completed work is non-refundable, and any work-in-progress will be delivered in its current state.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
